Who says there’s too much bureaucracy in France?

Welcome in the french bureaucracy, it’s so boring…
What kind of graphic design are you doing? Are you a free lancer or working for a compagny?

It’s spreading too! Pre 9/11 in Belize, opening a bank account was simple - one bag, used notes and a clean shirt got you a current account, credit card and free passport if you felt like one.
Post 9/11 and you need a passport, a bank reference and a signed statement declaring the source of funds. Or a very big bag with lots of used notes and the shirt be damned.
